I think I can qualify as a tree-killer.
I just finished writing up a 24-page orchestral score. I still need to play with some dynamics (the few that are there are not enough), and shove the thing into Finale so that I can confirm what I'm hearing in my head got on the page.
From there, we'll see what becomes of the piece...
